We can discuss a variety of tenancy options including short-term monthly rentals for corporate relocations or longer-term arrangements. Apartments are offered on a furnished basis and we can supply towels & linens and utensils if required.

The property features a centralised boiler and pressurised heating system. Sophisticated heat exchangers record the heat and hot water consumed and the management company issues bills for heat and water/sewage consumption on a two monthly basis.
