- We ask for one month’s rental deposit, which is secured with the Government’s Deposit Protection Scheme
- Our flats are non-smoking
- Because we only rent furnished apartments, we do not accept pets.
- Where an apartment includes parking, only one allocated space can be provided. There is no provision for guest or visitor parking.
- The property features a centralised boiler and pressurised heating system. Sophisticated heat exchangers record the heat and hot water consumed and the management company issues bills for heat and water/sewage consumption on a two monthly basis.
