We can discuss a variety of tenancy options including short-term monthly rentals for corporate relocations or longer-term arrangements.   

All Apartments are offered on a furnished basis and we can supply towels & linens and utensils if required at additional cost.

  • We ask for one month’s rental deposit, which is secured with the Government’s Deposit Protection Scheme
  • Our flats are non-smoking
  • Because we only rent furnished apartments, we do not accept pets.
  • Where an apartment includes parking, only one allocated space can be provided.  There is no provision for guest or visitor parking.
  • The property features a centralised boiler and pressurised heating system.  Sophisticated heat exchangers record the heat and hot water consumed and the management company issues bills for heat and water/sewage consumption on a two monthly basis.
